 What are the Packages and how do they differ? 

Essentially, there are 5 packages; 

• Premium Web, Office and E-Store
• Premium Web and Office
• Basic E-Store
• CRM On Demand
• Website (Dynamic) with Document Management System.

Each package contains a range of software packages. The appropriate package for your business is dependent upon your business requirements and budget. 

Scenario 1  A business that wishes to sells online, manage detailed sales /office/business processes would be best suited to the Premium Web, Office and E-Store package.This package provides total front and backend Business and Office management.

Scenario 2 A business that requires a Web presence with integrated  Office/ Customer Management software, (as offered in Scenario1) however without the need for Online Shopping Store functionality would be better suited to the Premium Web and Office package.  

Scenario 3 A business may wish to simply provide an E-Store for their expanding business. If no advanced business tools (CRM & DMS) are required, the Basic E-store package would be recommended. Start selling online quicky and easily.

Scenario 4 In some cases a business may not require a traditional web presence or may have already acquired a website,yet still need the benefits of a 24/7 Online Customer Relationship Management Suite.In this case, the CRM On Demand option is recommended. This tool provides an extraordinary list of features and functionality that can be only understood via the Demo Site.

Scenario 5 If all you need is a Website, then select the Website with DMS package. Of course, we offer you the DMS FREE, which is  great value, and to our knowledge not offered elsewhere by any other Web Hosting Company.
